Description for Volunteers Needed

Fields and Equipment
We are looking for individuals to team up and maintain the game and practice fields. Chalking for games, mowing and maintenance of goals, nets flags ect. Anything field or equipment related including keeping a schedules of when the fields are in use. Not a lot of work today, but we expect the load to increase next season.

Registrar
We are looking for an individual to take on the registration responsibilities for each season. This would include planning signups, (dates, times, signs, advertising) collecting forms and money and getting them into our system for the team coordinators. Others would assist where needed of course.

Team Coordinators
After the players are registered we need individuals to create teams and schedules at the beginning of the season. They would also be the liaison between the coaches and club? Answer questions about soccer, setup coaches meetings, provide rosters, setup and approve reschedules.

Fundraisers
We have a fantastic fundraiser Judy Richards. But I’m sure she would not mind some help with ideas and assistance running fundraisers.

Grant Managers
We need money for our club to grow. This person would be responsible for reproaching local, federal and state grants that we could possibly receive. Person would receive a 10% fee for all monies brought into the club.
